Overview

Villa Cinco is luxury four bedroom, four bathroom property of outstanding quality, located in the sought after area of Parque Atlantico, in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago.

Electric gates open onto a cobbled drive with parking for several cars. Decorated to the highest standard with a modern kitchen, fully equipped gym and two TV lounges. There is a large heated pool with an electric cover, air conditioning throughout the villa and fibre optic internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge has ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning and a Sonos sound system- so you can download the Sonos app and then play your favourite sounds from your smart device through the Sonos speakers. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

The first TV room is complete with 2 x two seater sofas, a desk, a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports.

The second TV room has split unit air conditioning, a 52'' wall mounted flat screen TV and Bose sound system, and is furnished with a leather sofa seating and a bean bag. Patio doors open onto the partially covered poolside terrace.

The kitchen, complete with a central island and a kitchen table with seating for six people, is modern and well equipped and appliances include a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and an extra fridge. Off the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A door opens to the external clothes drying area. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

Off the upstairs landing is an office complete with a desk, sofa & split unit air conditioning. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the villa entrance and grounds.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with spilt unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open to the garden and pool area.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes with safe and a dressing area, patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool, large en suite bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and from the bathroom there are also patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

Outside Space

To the side of the villa you will find the gym in a separate building with a running machine, cross trainer, bench press, free weights, a rowing machine & a multi-trainer. There is a wall mounted TV and split unit air conditioning.

The covered outdoor dining area is complete with a dining table and seating for eight people, a gas barbecue with a food preparation area, microwave, sink and an overhead fan and lighting. There is an extensive terrace from the living room with sofa seating for sundowner drinks and further tables and chairs for relaxing or reading in the shade.

The swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 6m with a perimeter overflow & electric cover. There are plenty of sun loungers to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and parasols for shading. The garden is private, fenced and well established, with floor lighting and spot lights in the pool. By the pool there is a room with a shower, bathroom and sauna.

Location

The villa is 25 minutes walking distance to the Quinta do Lago beach and the lovely Ria Formosa estuary and nature reserve. Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
