Villa Tejo is a high quality four bedroom villa of classic design, located in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. Situated on a large plot with extensive gardens just 5 minutes drive from the Quinta do Lago beach bridge and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre, the villa benefits from a private swimming pool which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge; wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout which is included in the rental rates. Also with electric shutters throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

Living Areas

Living room with split unit a/c and TV with a wide range of satellite channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports and DVD player. Air conditioned dining area with table and seating for 8 persons and doors to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American fridge freezer with ice maker; gas hobs; oven; extractor; integrated microwave; toaster; juicer; coffee maker; dishwasher and iron & ironing board. I-pod docking station and furnished with a breakfast table. The washing machine is housed in the utility room on the lower level- where you will also find the air conditioned TV lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player which is serviced by a bathroom with shower unit and steam room. An extra bed can be put in this room upon request and for an additional supplementary charge.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c and an en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has 2 twins together to make a double bed (it can be prepared as a twin upon request), split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and bath. Doors to a terrace with pool and garden views which is private to this room.

Bedroom four is the master suite with 180 x 200 double bed, split unit a/c, doors to a terrace with pool and garden views, dressing area with safe and 'his and hers' bathrooms- one with a shower unit and one with a bath,

Outside Space

Lovely big plot with extensive lawn gardens. The pool measures 15 x 5 metres and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge via the gas heat pump. Integrated gas BBQ and table tennis table on the poolside terrace. Small putting green.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri except for bank holidays. Towels are changed midweek and weekly and linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience
