Villa Xanthos is a large contemporary four bedroom villa with gated entrance and off road parking for three cars. Designed with modern decor throughout, WI-FI and air conditioning are included. Built on three levels and located very close to the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago & Vale do Lobo.
Large open plan lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and with a flat screen TV showing many English channels including BBC, ITV & Sky sports. There is also a safe for guests use, split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the partially covered terrace, garden and pool area.
The kitchen is modern in design with a central working island and double sink, the appliances include a coffee machine, juicer, electric oven, four electric hobs and plate warmer, blender, sandwich toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and extractor. The neighbouring utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and there is access to an outside drying area. The dining room has seating for eight and patio doors opening onto the partially covered terrace and pool. On the upper level of the villa there are stairs to the upper terrace complete with shading and seating for six persons.
Bedrooms one & two are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a twin room (beds can be made as a double upon prior request), with an en-suite bathroom, split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two is a twin room (beds can be made as double upon prior request) with an en-suite bathroom, split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, patio doors open onto the terrace with a table and seating for four.
On the upper level are bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room (bed can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower unit. The double patio doors open onto the private balcony with 2 chairs and countryside views. Bedroom four is the master double suite with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, flat screen TV showing the same UK channels as the lounge and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and a separate shower unit. Patio doors open onto a private terrace with two chairs and a table.
On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom five, which is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a walk in wardrobe with ample space and patio doors opening to the garden. There is an adjacent shower room and a separate room with TV and DVD player.
The swimming pool which measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement) is surrounded by a mature garden with trees, shrubs and comfortable outside sofas and chairs. There is a covered dining area with seating for twelve where you can enjoy your al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ with food preparation area with sink. There are ten sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine and parasols for shading.
Quinta Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2022 bookings are based on 2021 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2021 when contracts are signed.
