Villa Xavier is a delightful three bedroom linked townhouse that has been totally refurbished to a very high standard, with air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi internet and cable TV with a wide range of English language channels. Clients staying at Villa Xavier can use the communal pool and facilities at the Lakeside village resort.

Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with a flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV and DVD player. Patio doors to the terrace.
Fully equipped contemporary design kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor and this is a twin bedroom with a/c and double wardrobes and this bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom two has twin beds, a/c and an en suite with shower. Bedroom three has a double bed, a/c, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite with shower. Roof terrace furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and an occasional table.
Outside Space
Private rear terrace with four sun loungers, one parasol, exterior dining table and a brand new integrated gas BBQ unit with sink and food preparation area.
Location
Located in the charming Quinta do Lago Lakeside Village which borders a natural salt lake where windsurfing and sailing are available. There is a large selection of international restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars close by. Guests can use the large communal pool, childrens pool and the tennis courts located down by the lake. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2024 bookings are based on 2023 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2023 when contracts are signed.
