Villa Zarin is an excellent five bedroom property, built on three levels with a south facing private pool and garden (pool heating is available for an extra weekly supplement), games room and cinema room. Located in the resort of Quinta do Mar, which is situated in a fantastic location within the Golden Triangle between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Living Areas

Open plan lounge and dining area with a wall mounted, smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning and ample comfy sofa seating. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace. The dining area has a table and seating for ten and double patio doors to the pool and garden.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a central island and four stools and appliances including a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, wine cooler, electric oven and grill. Patio doors open onto the BBQ area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The cinema room with a large sofa and split unit air conditioning. There is a cloakroom/shower room and a games room with a pool table, table tennis table, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, sofa seating and split unit air conditioning.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room situated on the ground floor and with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and an electric towel rail. Patio doors open onto the front of the villa.

Upstairs to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning and en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the front of the villa. Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and en suite bathroom with a free standing bath, walk-in shower, double vanities and heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool with comfy sofa seating. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and en suite shower room with a wallk-n shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with a table and seating for two.

On the lower level you will find bedroom five, this room has two sets of bunk beds, split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is a separate cloakroom/shower room on this level.

Outside Space

The pool measures approximately 10m x 5m with steps entry and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement, there is a pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings. The poolside terrace has ten sun loungers for you to lounge on and soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a further four large beanbags. The mature garden is private with hedges and shrubs.

Location

The resort of Quinta do Mar offers you 24 hour security service, a tennis court and importantly the beach is within walking distance where you will also find restaurants. All facilities such as golf courses, horse riding, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets are all just a short driving distance away.

Rates include a maid cleaning service; with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
