The entrance to this lovely, contemporary apartment is down one flight of steps from the front door. The accommodation is spacious throughout and consists of the kitchen, the open plan living/dining room, two bedrooms (one en suite) and an additional bathroom.
The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and has a generous terrace which includes a table and chairs for ‘al-fresco’ dining, sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ. This accommodation is a fantastic base from which to enjoy your Algarve holiday.
Sun-hat guests at this property can use the swimming pool and discounted rates at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy. There is a €5pp charge however this can be used against any food or drink purchased.

The fully equipped kitchen has appliances including a toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, 4 electric hobs, an electric oven & grill and a dishwasher.
The bright open plan lounge & dining area has air conditioning, comfortable seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. The dining area has a table with seating for six. Patio doors lead to the large terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes & a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge. There is a separate adjacent shower room. Patio doors open onto a small terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room (beds can be made into a double upon request) with an en suite bathroom and double vanities, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge.
Outside Space
The large terrace off the lounge has 4 sun loungers, a charcoal BBQ and a table with seating for four people.
Location
Located within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy, and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.
Other Items
Pool towels, a hairdryer and a digital safe are provided for your convenience. Rates include a mid-week towel change and clean for stays of 7 nights. For stays of 14 nights guests receive the mid-week towel change and clean plus a weekly change over clean, towel change and bed linen change.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
