Casa Sereno is a beautiful three bedroom villa situated in the peaceful and gated resort of Fazenda Santiago, located within close distance of Vale do Lobo and its amenities. Featuring a large heated saltwater swimming pool (weekly supplement applies). The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and all bedrooms are en suite.

Living Areas

The ground floor living areas consist of the open plan living/ dining room which has been recently renovated and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with AEG appliances, which include gas hobs, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, juicer, Nespresso machine and Aeroccino. A separate utility room houses the washing machine/ dryer, iron and ironing board.

The open plan living & dining room is smartly and comfortably furnished. With a 49'' flat screen smart TV with cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC, ITV etc, Blu-ray DVD player, CD player, Bluetooth JBL portable speaker, DENON stereo system and wi-fi internet. Sliding patio doors lead directly out to the poolside terraces.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one on the ground floor has a 6 foot king sized bed which can be split as a twin upon prior request and with an en suite shower room and a Bose I-pod docking station. Bedroom two on the ground floor is a double room with an en suite bathroom.There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

The master bedroom is on the first floor of the property, and this bedroom has a 6 foot king size bed, dressing area, 43'' smart TV with the BBC, ITV & Sky etc and with an en suite bathroom with separate shower and twin vanities. South facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

All of the beds in the bedrooms are VI Spring beds- a very superior brand.

Outside Space

Salt water swimming pool, measuring 10 metres x 5 metres and with pool heating available for a weekly supplement if required. Mature, landscaped garden with large terraces with sun loungers, two large garden umbrellas, shaded terrace with large retractable electric awning and patio furniture, gas BBQ, outdoor dining pavilion, gardens and outside bathroom with toilet, sink & shower.

Location

Located 20 minutes from Faro International Airport; 5 minutes from the beaches; minutes away from Quinta do Lago shopping and Vale do Lobo, supermarkets, shops, 5 star restaurants, sea front restaurants, bars/ nightclubs, tennis centres, golf courses and nature trails.

Fazenda Santiago has access to its own tennis courts, gym, sauna on site and private security. You can walk to the beach as well at nearby Trafal as well, where you can find the beach restaurants 'BJs' and 'Temperus'.

Other Items

Air conditioning in the bedrooms included in the rate. Ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and dining room. Rates include maid service three times a week excluding weekends, bathroom towels (changed twice) and linen changed after 7 nights .

Basic Welcome Pack (butter, milk, bread, water, coffee, tea, sugar, orange juice) is included free of charge.
