Overview

Casa Vera, which is a lovely two bedroom property exclusive to the Sun-hat portfolio, is built on three levels and benefits from a central location in Vale do Lobo- directly across the road from the renowned tennis academy and within close walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas. This two bedroom property sleeps 5 persons with the use of the upper level sofa bed.

Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates. Please note the access to this property is via flight of steps.

The owners of Casa Vera are VDL club members and guests staying at this property can purchase the resort welcome cards from reception (which give you access to the resort courtesy bus) providing they have been organised prior to arrival at the villa- please contact us in order for us to arrange this for you.

Living Areas

The spacious open plan living and dining area is furnished to a high standard and is complete with a large dining table with seating for six people; ample comfy sofa seating and a chaise longue style chair; log burning fireplace ideal for the winter season bookings; flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc); split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the Vale do Lobo tennis centre and furnished with a dining table and four chairs.

The kitchen is modern in design with split unit air conditioning and is fully equipped with appliances including a kettle, four slice toaster, extractor, microwave, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, blender and a fridge freezer. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Upstairs from the living/ dining room leads you to the upper landing compete with a sofa bed (which can sleep an extra person) and the patio door leading to the roof terrace, which is a lovely private area for sunbathing!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms are on the lower level of the property, accessed via a flight of steps from the living room. Bedroom one is a twin room (with two queen size beds) and with fitted wardrobes, a safe, spilt unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the Tennis centre and furnished with a table and two chairs. The bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with double vanities.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. En suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge/dining area has a table and seating for four people and a further balcony off bedroom one is furnished with a table and two chairs, so in addition to the fabulous roof terrace there is plenty of outdoor space at Casa Vera.

The brand new roof terrace is a brilliant private area, complete with a jacuzzi, BBQ, table with seating for 4 persons, comfy seating and two sun loungers. Heating of jacuzzi is included except for the period of 1st November - 31st March when there is a weekly supplemental charge.

Location

Located within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy, and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.

Rates include a midweek light clean and weekly changeover clean; bedroom linen (changed weekly) and bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly). Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
