Villa Belinda is a four bedroom, three bathroom villa that benefits from a fabulous location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Stunning sea views can be enjoyed from the upper terraces and bedrooms of the property and the Praca is within walking distance. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rate.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hobs, oven, coffee maker and fridge freezer. Next to the kitchen is the spacious open plan living/dining room with Lazer cable TV with channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, BT sports etc and DVD player.
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground (entrance) level of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed and an en suite family bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom that has a guest cloakroom next to it, to shower occupants of this room will need to use the ground floor family bathroom.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed with an en suite bathroom and bedroom four has a double bed and an en suite with shower unit.
Villa Belinda has a private pool that measures 9 x 4.5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. A Weber gas BBQ is provided. An off-road parking space is available on the villa forecourt.
The views of the ocean and the Algarve coastline from the first floor terrace are absolutely stunning, making this terrace a real plus point for the property- and the perfect place to relax!
Villa Belinda is centrally located within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, within walking distance of the lively Praca and the golden sandy beaches.
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Please note that the room behind the sun loungers on the pool terrace in the main photo is not a bedroom- it is a storeroom that is usually kept locked. To the right of this room is the poolside kitchen area which is open.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2023 bookings are based on 2022 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2022 when contracts are signed.
