Villa Clarence is a classic four bedroom villa with private pool, centrally located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, where the beautiful beaches and the popular Praca are within walking distance.
Open plan living/dining room complete with flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, CD player and wi-fi internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric hobs and a dishwasher. Breakfast table and air conditioning. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate exterior utility room.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor of Villa Clarence's main house and the fourth bedroom is located in a separate annexe positioned next to the exterior courtyard. There is an additional guest cloakroom in the main house.
Bedroom one is a double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and access to the poolside terrace. This bedroom utilises the adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, access to the garden and an en suite bathroom.
The annexe fourth bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an open plan shower room.
The private swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 6 metres, with a manual cover and steps entry- this pool can be heated for a supplementary weekly charge. Lawn gardens, shaded terraces and a lovely lemon tree accompany the pool area, and to the side of Villa Clarence you will find the courtyard with annexe and an integrated brick built charcoal BBQ.
Villa Clarence enjoys a central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo within walking distance of the beaches and the popular Praca. Vale do Lobo benefits from two glorious golf courses and there are a wide selection of excellent restaurants in the local area.
Rates include a regular maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
Whilst most of our 2023 rates are now confirmed, there are still a few published rates that are based on 2022 rates and we will advise at the time of booking if this is the case.
