The main living area in Villa da Luz is a comfortable lounge with a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet and I-pod dock. Patio doors open out onto the covered terrace, which has a soothing garden aspect.
The villa has a large fully fitted kitchen/diner, well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area, like the lounge, has patio doors.
Sleeping accommodation comprises two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms- the first double bedroom is the Master suite which has a double bed (two twins together) and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower unit. The second double suite has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.
Bedrooms three and four are twin bedrooms- bedroom three has an en suite shower room and bedroom four utilises the adjacent shower room.
The neat but informal garden is mainly laid to lawn and majestic pine trees have been allowed to remain. The result is a very pleasant outdoor environment which offers sunshine, shade and an element of privacy. The brand new pool is rectangular in shape and measures approximately 9.80 metres x 5 metres with an electric pool cover and there are now gas and charcoal BBQs.
Close to the golf course and within easy reach of the beach and ‘Praca’.
