Overview

Villa Hope is a lovely 3 bedroom Mimosa linked villa with private pool (with a pool safety fence available for an extra supplement). This quality property is near to the 15th Fairway of the Royal Golf Course in Vale do Lobo and is ideal for families or friends wanting a peaceful break, with the beach and restaurants of the Praca just a short stroll away. With air conditioning and fibre optic internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The entrance door opens to the hallway with the guest cloakroom, which leads to the well equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, four electric hobs, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and an extractor fan. There is a serving hatch through to the dining area.

The large and spacious living area is attractive, and features a log-burning fireplace; a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English channels BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; a Blu-ray DVD player; ample comfy sofa seating; split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining area has a table and seating for six people. There is a utility cupboard which houses the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning and which utilises a separate adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning, en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. A door leads onto the poolside terrace.

Upstairs to the master double bedroom (twin beds together to make a double bed- although this bedroom can be prepared as two singles if required and upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, digital safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the superb private balcony, a great place to enjoy a sundown drink.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead from the lounge to the covered and poolside terraces. This charming area is perfect for dining outdoors on the exterior dining table with seating for six persons and with al-fresco meals cooked on the BBQ. The sunbathing area is complete with four sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine. The private kidney bean shaped plunge pool measures 6m x 3m approximately. There is a manual pool cover available. Also available is a pool safety fence if required. There is supplementary charge for this item and the house manager will set up the fence for you in advance of your arrival. At the entrance of the property is a pleasant terrace, furnished with a table and chairs.
