Villa Medronho is a beautiful two bedroom apartment, centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Perfect for families or couples to enjoy their relaxing and well deserved holiday.
Living Areas
Spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The living area is complete with a flat screen TV with international cable channels (some English language channels), Wi-fi internet, split unit air conditioning, comfy seating and table with seating for four persons. Patio doors lead directly to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/ dryer, fridge freezer, 4 electric hobs, extractor, oven, juicer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is ideal for children, it has bunk beds (190cms) and a free standing fan. Bedroom two is the master double suite, with double bed, double wardrobes with safe, window with blackout blinds and split unit air conditioning. The two bedrooms share the family bathroom with large shower unit and dual vanities.
Outside Space
Lovely terrace area with two deckchairs, exterior dining table with seating for 5 persons and a Broil King gas BBQ.
Location
Situated close to the popular Tennis Valley area of Vale do Lobo, where the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas is nearby. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep- featuring a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy, where special packages for tennis lessons are available for Sun-hat customers.
The central location of Medronho means that the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months- plus stunning beaches- is within walking distance, as is the golf clubhouse for the prestigious Vale do Lobo also championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. A safe, a hairdryer and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
A set of golf clubs are available at the property for clients to use.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.

Foodpack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
