It is situated on a large, well-tended plot within easy walking distance of the lively Praca area and the golden beach. Double iron gates open onto the cobbled driveway which is surrounded by borders of trees and flowers. The property is constructed on two levels and incorporates all the features necessary for luxury modern living.
The large entrance hall has a cloakroom and leads to an open-plan lounge/dining room, with decorative fireplace, A SmartTV in the lounge. Double patio doors lead from the dining room to table and chairs under a charming bougainvillea-clad pergola and an adjacent built-in barbeque. There is another larger table on the covered terrace outside the lounge patio doors, which is perfect for eating in the garden on warm evenings.
The fully fitted kitchen is bright and has generous granite worktops for preparing food. It is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a TV with IPTV box, a full en-suite bathroom with double shower and a private sun terrace with sea views. The bed is two twins together to make a double. The adjacent twin bedroom has en-suite facilities and a door leading to a large roof terrace which boasts sea views and benefits from sunshine in the late afternoon. This terrace is also accessible from the pool deck via a flight of steps. The two twin bedrooms that are situated on the ground floor are served by a separate bathroom with a shower over bath.
The pool patio provides plenty of room for sunbathing around the large pool, which measures 11m x 5m and can be heated for a supplemental charge.Child pool fencing will be available however this would need to be installed by guest.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2022 bookings are based on 2021 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2021 when contracts are signed.
