Overview

Villa Princesa is a fully air-conditioned, four bedroom detached property located in Vale do Lobo. It is situated on a large, well-tended plot within easy walking distance of the lively Praca area and the golden beach. Double iron gates open onto the cobbled driveway which is surrounded by borders of trees and flowers. The property is constructed on two levels and incorporates all the features necessary for luxury modern living.

Please note that there are building plots in the vicinity of this villa- however the local council have decreed that no noisy building work is allowed in urban touristic areas during the months of July and August 2023. Therefore clients staying at this villa during these peak months should not experience any noise disturbance, however there may still be cranes or building materials visible on neighbouring plots. The nearby building works are then planned to restart from the beginning of September 2023 onwards.

Living Areas

The large entrance hall has a cloakroom and leads to an open-plan lounge/dining room, with decorative fireplace, A SmartTV in the lounge. Double patio doors lead from the dining room to table and chairs under a charming bougainvillea-clad pergola and an adjacent built-in barbeque. There is another larger table on the covered terrace outside the lounge patio doors, which is perfect for eating in the garden on warm evenings.

The fully fitted kitchen is bright and has generous granite worktops for preparing food. It is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and filter coffee machine etc.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a TV with IPTV box, a full en-suite bathroom with double shower and a private sun terrace with sea views. The bed is two twins together to make a double. The adjacent twin bedroom has en-suite facilities and a door leading to a large roof terrace which boasts sea views and benefits from sunshine in the late afternoon. This terrace is also accessible from the pool deck via a flight of steps. The two twin bedrooms that are situated on the ground floor are served by a separate bathroom with a shower over bath.

Outside Space

The pool patio provides plenty of room for sunbathing around the large pool, which measures 11m x 5m and can be heated for a supplemental charge.

Please note that the pool fencing at Villa Princesa has been removed ahead of the Summer 2021 season and this facility is no longer available. We will be taking updated photos of the pool area as soon as possible.
