Living Areas

Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with sea views and separate TV lounge. TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky sports. Sonos sound speakers- download the app and you can stream your own favourite music from your smartphone or tablet. The kitchen is open plan to the living/dining room and is fully equipped, with appliances including an American fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, 5 x gas hobs and extractor. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master suite is on the upper level of the villa, leading from the living/dining area and complete with a double water bed, split unit a/c, dressing area, en suite with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities. Patio doors lead directly to the upper terrace.

The other four bedrooms in Villa Oceanview are all on the lower level bedroom wing- all bedrooms have double beds, split unit a/c and bedrooms two, three and four lead directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedrooms two and three have en suite bathrooms with showers, and bedroom four has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five is situated at the end of the wing and has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

Please note that the master bedroom has a water bed.

Outside Space

Villa Oceanview benefits from two spacious terraces with stunning ocean views. The upper terrace, accessed from the living room, is furnished with the exterior dining table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. From this terrace, steps lead down to the pool terrace. The pool measures 12 metres x 4.5 metres and has an electric cover, this can be heated for a supplemental charge There is a separate 3 x 4 metres shallow children's pool section. From this terrace a gate leads directly to the access path to one of the most beautiful beaches in this area of the Algarve. There is also off-road parking available on the villa forecourt and carport, accessed via the electric entry gates.

Location

Villa Oceanview enjoys a superb location within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, directly on the beach and with the lively Praca only a short distance away. The Praca is a popular area for families where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri (not including local bank holidays); bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly); and bed linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
