The main living room is stylish and comfortably furnished and features a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including Sky Sports,BBC & ITV; Wi-Fi internet; DVD player and air conditioning. The kitchen is contemporary in design and is fully equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer; microwave; oven; dishwasher and coffee maker. Central island with gas hobs and extractor. Breakfast bar and dining table with seating for 8 persons. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer; iron & ironing board and drinks chiller.
On the lower level of the villa is the superb air conditioned games room, packed with entertainment treats including a table tennis table; pool table; table football table; darts board; flat screen TV with an X-Box 360, PlayStation 2 and DVD player. This room is serviced with a WC and shower.
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this is a twin bedroom that can also be made up as a super king sized bed with a TV; A/C; an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and double wash basins and patio doors to the side terrace. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (2 x twin beds together); A/C; TV; an en suite with sunken bath and separate shower unit and doors to the terrace, private for this bedroom.
Bedroom three is the master suite - complete with double bed; wall mounted TV; A/C; an en suite with bath and shower unit and double wardrobes with safety deposit box. Patio doors lead to a terrace private to this room and which overlooks the pool.
Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with A/C; TV and an en suite bathroom.
Villa Vale da Quinta benefits from lovely exterior areas. The private pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The shallow end of the pool is 1.00 metre in depth and the deep end is 2.00 metres.
There is plenty of space to enjoy the sun on the poolside terrace, or you can relax on comfortable seating on the shaded terrace which also has an outdoor fireplace - perfect for enjoying a sunset glass of wine. You can also enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ, which is located next to the poolside in the purpose built outdoor kitchen area, which also has a wood burning pizza oven!.There is off-road parking space for two vehicles in front of the villa driveway entrance.
Villa Vale da Quinta is located in The Village, which is an estate situated close to the renowned Parilla Natural restaurant and within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. There are also a good selection of other restaurants nearby which are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in Vale de Lobo - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breathtaking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and fine restaurants.
Rates include a midweek and weekly changeover maid cleaning service; bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are also included in the rental rates.
There is a travel cot and a highchair available at the villa for you to use, free of charge - please bring your own linen for the cot.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2021 bookings are based on 2020 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2020 when contracts are signed.
