Villa Vista is a fully refurbished 3 bedroom townhouse with an ocean view. Just two minutes’ stroll from the golden beach and even closer to the fashionable ‘Praca’.
Living Areas
On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV. The newly fitted kitchen incorporates a dining area ideal for formal or informal meals. Appliances include an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Up a small flight of steps are two twin bedrooms, served by a shower room with a modern power shower.
On the next level is the double bedroom (twins together with bed linen available for making up as a double, beds measuring 1.9m x 2m), with a separate bathroom. Also on this floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and access to the roof terrace on the next level – lovely for sunbathing, ideal for meals. There is also a small balcony with lovely sea views.
Outside Space
In addition, there is a patio at the front of the property - an alternative for 'al fresco' dining. There is also a patio area with a built in barbecue at the side of the villa.
