Casa Anna is a new 3 bedroom ground floor apartment situated within the Sunset Villas area of the 5 Star Vila Sol Golf and Spa Resort and which has the use of the resort's communal adult and children's swimming pools. Includes Wi-fi internet, electric shutters, and air conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms.
Living Areas
Fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances including 4 x electric hobs, extractor, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Breakfast table and doors leading to the utility room with washing machine.
Living room with flat screen Cable TV with some English language programmes (including FOX, AXN, CNN, TCC, Discovery, Fox Entertainment, Euro Sport plus more) and DVD player. Dining table with seating for 6 persons.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two share the use of the adjacent family bathroom. Bedroom one has twin beds, and bedroom two had a double that can be prepared as a twin upon prior request. Bedroom one does not have a/c but it picks up the a/c from the adjacent rooms when in use- a fan is also available if required. Bedroom two has a/c.
Bedroom three is the master suite with double bed, double wardrobes with safe, a/c and an en suite bathroom.
Outside Space
Large private sunny patio with gas BBQ, sun loungers and table and chairs, table tennis table and views over pool and garden and direct, safe access to pool.
Location
Vilamoura Marina and beautiful local beaches are within a few minutes drive. Tennis courts, the Vila Sol golf course, restaurants, coffee shops and bars are within close walking distance. The Aquashow water park, Quarteira and large local supermarkets are within an easy few minutes drive.
Other Items
Maid service- Stays of 7 nights receive a midweek change of towels. Stays of 10 nights or more receive maid cleaning services 1 x per week which includes a bathroom towel change and a change of bed linen.
Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for convenience.
Vila Sol Discount card included for guests with discounts on golf, restaurants, pubs and other activities in Vila Sol.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
