Casa James is a particularly spacious end of row linked townhouse that has been designed and furnished to a premium standard throughout- the aim of the owners was to make the property a real 'home from home' with beautiful furniture, art work and accessories to make your holiday a five star experience.
A wide range of UK TV channels are available, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, not only in the lounge, but throughout the property in the bedrooms as well. Netflix is also available on the wall mounted Smart TVs. There is a PlayStation 3 both in the lounge and in the basement bedroom. For your musical entertainment, there is a Sonos system throughout the property which you can connect to wirelessly from your mobile device in order to listen to your favourite tunes.
The generous open plan living space at Casa James is perfect for your group to socialise and relax together. The lounge, complete with the state of the art 55''4K Ultra high definition Smart TV wall mounted flat screen TV, is stylishly and comfortably furnished with 3 sofas and is open plan to the dining area. There are 2 patio doors leading out onto the large garden terrace, with quality outdoor seating should you wish to dine outside or simply relax with a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful gardens on the Palmyra resort.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, gas hobs, slow cooker, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and the owners have ensured that you have everything that you could possibly need to prepare, serve and dine at Casa James. On the lower level of the property is the utility room which houses the washer/dryer, iron & ironing board.
All four bedrooms have been designed with individuality and with both luxury and comfort in mind. All of the beds come with an upholstered headboard, pocket feather mattress with 7 comfort zones as well as a comfort foam topper. Additionally, only hotel quality linen is used in order to enhance the experience. All bedrooms feature split unit air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TVs and Sonos sound system speakers. All of the bedrooms have lots of hanging and storage space for your clothes and belongings in the respective wardrobes.
All of the bathrooms are beautifully finished with ceramic tiled flooring and wall tiles; a chrome heated radiator on the wall and each bathroom has controlled heated towel rails for the cooler periods. Every guest is provided with a luxury cotton bath towel, hand towel and face cloth; with a bath mat also in each bathroom.
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property and this is a twin bedroom that uses the adjacent bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom two is on the lower level of the property and this bedroom has a double bed and shares the use of the bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Bedroom two also has a Playstation console.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is the master suite, with double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with bath, double vanities and shower unit. Bedroom four has double bed and an en suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have patio doors leading to a balcony with seating where you can sit back and relax whilst listening to music on the Sonos system.
Casa James has not one but two fantastic terraces and being the end of row townhouse, the property benefits greatly from beautiful, peaceful garden views on the ground floor terrace and stunning panoramic views on the roof top terrace.
Stepping out of the lounge patio doors, you are greeted with a tranquil garden view from the ground floor terrace and with sun loungers and a luxury table and chairs to help you relax and unwind, what more do you need?! The communal swimming pool is a stones throw away from the terrace so you can choose to relax at Casa James or use one of the sun loungers around the infinity style pool.
Casa James also has a fantastic roof top terrace boasting stunning views of the golf course, Vilamoura and beyond. Equipped with a built-in gas barbeque, sink, outdoor fridge and storage for plates, glasses, cutlery, meaning you have your very own outdoor dining experience without having to keep climbing the stairs. The roof terrace has both sun loungers and a superb luxury sofa and chairs set, creating the perfect place to unwind in privacy and tranquillity whilst enjoying the gorgeous Portuguese sun.
The wi-fi internet is available throughout Casa James, extending to both the ground floor and roof terraces.
Guests staying at Casa James have one designated parking space in the underground car park.
This stunning property is situated on the Palmyra estate, a luxurious gated condominium with four communal swimming pools. Palmyra is located next to the club house of the Vila Sol golf course (which is within close walking distance) and alongside the golf course, Vila Sol also has a restaurant, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area.
The famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean; towel and linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2021 bookings are based on 2020 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2020 when contracts are signed.
