Overview

Situated overlooking the Old Course of Vilamoura, this delightful 3-bedroom villa boasts a modern and practical décor which will provide a great holiday setting for families or a small group of golf players alike. Highlights of this villa are the beautiful golf views from the pool and terraces, air conditioned bedrooms and Wi-fi internet.

Living Areas

The lounge affords a contemporary feel with large patio doors leading to the outside terrace. An 'L' shaped sofa offers a great space to watch the flat screen TV (offering cable channels with some English speaking channels). Wi-Fi internet connection.

The large dining table seats 6 and makes a cool space, it is ideally situated next to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a modern décor and has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering needs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bedroom with air conditioning, it has a double wardrobe space with an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is also a double bedroom with air conditioning and with double wardrobe space, this bedroom uses the adjacent family bathroom with shower next door.

Bedroom three is an en suite air conditioned double bedroom on the first floor and with its own private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the golf course and its own private exterior access entrance.

Outside Space

The outside is an an oasis for nature and golf lovers, the views are perfect for any relaxing break. Roman steps lead into the kidney shaped pool which measures approximately 9 x 4.5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.10 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.10 metres. A charcoal BBQ and table and chairs are complimented by a shaded area and a lovely grass area ideally places four sunbeds. Please note that the pool can be heated upon request and this can only be guaranteed 2 weeks before.

Location

Located in Vilamoura, the cosmopolitan marina is less than a 10 minute drive away. This villa is right next to the Old Course golf course, the first course to be built in Vilamoura and one of the most recognized and acclaimed European golf courses. Next to the villa is also a complete sports complex where you can find various sports to practice during your holidays. A supermarket is within walking distance for the most essential purchases of everyday life and also a few restaurants and a bar. Faro airport is 30 minute drive away.
