Overview

Villa Jasmin is a three bedroom villa with private pool and parking for two cars. This lovely villa is in a quiet location and enjoys direct views onto the Pinhal Golf Course. Wi-Fi internet & air conditioning included.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven & grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, extractor, four electric hobs, toaster, kettle & juicer.

Two steps down to the open plan living and dining room with ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels, including some English language channels (please bring your own Netflix log-in codes to enjoy your favourite shows), DVD player, log burning fire place, a playing card table and other family games like chess & dominoes. The dining area is air conditioned and the dining table has seating for ten people.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the side of the villa. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the side of the villa. Both bedrooms one and two share the separate full bathroom with double vanities. Upstairs to bedroom three which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Both bathrooms have hand held showers.

Outside Space

There is a charcoal BBQ for you to cook your al-fresco meals, a partially covered eating area complete with a table and seating for six people. The pool is kidney shaped and has steps entry. There is an outside shower, the garden is mature and laid to lawn with trees and shrubs & fantastic views over the PInhal golf course. There is a further large terrace upstairs with wonderful golf course views, two chairs and two sun loungers.

Location

Located in a quiet street and just a short drive from the marina and the centre of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west, with excellent beach bars and restaurants.

Other Items

Maid service- one week bookings will receive a mid-week clean and towel change. Two week bookings will receive mid-week cleaning and towel changes and an additional weekend clean and linen change.

Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and a hairdryer are provided free of charge for your convenience.
