Overview

Villa Milho is a sensational, top of the range 5 bedroom villa of the highest quality- centrally located within the famous village of Olhos d'Agua. This very spacious property boasts fabulous indoor and outdoor living space- perfect for families and several friends to relax and enjoy their holiday in the Algarve sunshine. Milho benefits from a superb large heated private pool which can be fitted with safety fencing upon request, and an additional heated children's pool.

Milho offers an exceptional standard of décor and furnishings throughout with an outstanding design that will appeal to all. With large open spaces, comfortable rooms and one of the best locations in Olhos de Água, this villa makes a most attractive vacation choice. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rate.

Throughout the year the villa can be rented as a three, four or five bedroom villa depending on the required occupancy, apart from during the months of July and August when only the five bedroom rate is applicable.

For larger groups, this villa is located next door to Villa Eska, another beautiful five bedroom villa. A gateway entrance that directly connects the two villas will be opened if they are booked together, otherwise this is kept closed.

Living Areas

Large and spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating and complete with a flat screen TV with satellite channels; DVD player; PlayStation 3; sound system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth; and Wi-Fi internet. Patio doors lead directly to the terrace overlooking the pool. Separate air conditioned dining room.

The impressive kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, with appliances including a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, electric hobs, oven and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Breakfast table. Adjacent utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Villa Milho are air conditioned, are equipped with a flat screen TV and are en suite. The upstairs master bedrooms have a terrace with views over to the ocean where you can enjoy watching the sun dip away on the horizon. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, dressing area, doors to the side lawn garden and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit.

Bedroom two has twin beds, a dressing area, patio doors to the side terrace and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom three has a double bed an en suite with bath and separate shower. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the villa.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with a double bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed suitable for one child (upon request only, extra bed supplement applies), safe and an en suite with spa bath and shower unit. Beautiful sea views can be appreciated from the window of this master suite.

Bedroom five had a double bed which is two twin beds made up together and which can be separated into twins upon request, an en suite with bath and shower, a rest room with books to read and doors leading to the terrace with sea views.

Outside Space

Villa Milho benefits from an extensive shaded terraces with table football table and comfy seating relaxation areas; a charcoal BBQ and food preparation area; exterior dining table and chairs with canopy for shading; games room with TV, DVD, sound system and pool table; private pool measuring approximately 12 x 5 metres with steps entry which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge; separate children's pool which can be heated for an additional charge, lawn garden surrounds; plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt and car port; electric entry gates and camera entry system. Pool fencing is available free of charge, upon request at the time of booking. There is a ramp from the right side of entrance(near the garage) which will take you to the pool are for those guests who have issues with steps.

Location

Olhos d'Agua is a delightful coastal resort with a beach and a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by. Vilamoura is also a short drive away.

Villa Milho is located within a few minutes’ walk from the beach and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets are all either within short driving distance or within closer walking distance.

Please note internet connection and the 1st highchair will be included free of charge! Pool safety fencing is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at the time of booking.

The maximum duration of stay available at this villa is 14 nights.

As an extra service for this villa, if on any day you don't feel like cooking or going out to a restaurant then there is a take away and home delivery service available for this property. Choose from the menus of two excellent local Portuguese restaurants and the food will be delivered to your doorstep by the house management company (local service charge applies).

If children aged 10 or younger are staying at the property, pool fencing will be installed by default. If you have children 10 or younger and would not like this, please inform us upon booking.
