Overview

Villa Vida Doce is gorgeous 6 bedroom villa situated in the heart of the prestigious golf resort of Vila Sol, near Vilamoura, and complete with heated pool. The property features beautiful views over the Vila Sol golf course and lake with swans. It is only less than a 10 minute walk to the local restaurants and bars on the resort, plus other restaurants in the local area.

Electric shutters with a central control switch, Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Living room with 2 x split unit a/c's, a wall mounted flat screen TV with Meo cable channels (includes a selection of English language channels), IPTV box with BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc. Dining area with a table and seating for six and patio doors to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a toaster, blender, drinks chiller, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, 4 x electric hobs. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

On the lower level of the villa there is the garage with table tennis table and the TV room- complete with a large flat screen TV with surround sound, comfy sofas and a Blu-ray 3D DVD player. There is a small selection of DVDs however please also bring your own.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is particularly suitable for children and has twin beds and air conditioning. This bedroom can use the guest cloakroom across the hall and then the shared use of one of the other ground floor bedroom en suites.

Bedroom two has a double bed (which can be prepared as twins upon prior request), a/c, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed (again can be a twin upon prior request), a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedrooms four and five are in the first floor of the villa. Bedroom four is the master double suite with a/c, double wardrobes with safe, doors to the first floor terrace with lake and golf views and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom five has a double bed, a/c, dresser, doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom six is on the lower level of the villa, and this is a twin bedroom with a/c and benefits from natural light through the windows. This bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with shower on the same level and next to the garage which house the table tennis table and this room is therefore perfect for teenagers or older children. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the villa is 12 guests.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 9 metres x 5 metres with steps entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.05 metres in depth and the deep end is 2.50 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge if required and there is an electric cover to help protect the heat. There is a separate circular pool section which is good for young children, or can be simply used as a chill out pool separate to the main pool. Lawn gardens surround the pool and there are shaded terraces with comfy seating and an exterior dining table and chairs with seating for 8 persons to enjoy al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the gas BBQ.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5-10 minutes drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
