Glitter Bay 102 is a ground floor 2 bedroom unit with an open-plan living area which is fully air conditioned. The open galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with dark granite counter tops.
The air conditioned en-suite master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a king bed (does not separate into twin beds) with lots of cupboard and drawer space.
The second bedroom has two separate beds which can also be joined as a king. This bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.
This property can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom property.
Both the living area and the master bedroom lead out to the very spacious balcony which has a great view of the extensive gardens and pool. Here there is a banco-seating corner and a four-seater round rattan glassed topped dining table with wooden arm chairs which is just perfect for those sun downer drinks and pre-dinner cocktails.
Just a few moments’ drive away you will find the world famous Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill golf courses.
Please note that the Security Deposit is £400 and the local management company require us to take this pre-departure & hold this for the duration of your stay. Any damages or breakages will be advised to us by the local management company, will be charged and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
