Sapphire Beach is a fantastic development ideally situated on the vibrant south coast of the island. It overlooks the white sand and sparkling sea of Dover beach on one hand, and is within easy walking distance of the restaurants, nightlife and amenities of St. Lawrence Gap on the other.
Sapphire Beach 317 is a beautifully appointed three bedroom apartment on the third floor. It is well-appointed and decorated with a Caribbean flair.
The distinctive arches between the balcony’s pillars, perfectly frame the pool below and stunning sea vistas beyond.
This space offers casual dining and seating areas, which connects with a glass sliding door from the open-plan living room. The open concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there are laundry facilities.
Fabulous ocean views can be appreciated from the master bedroom’s balcony. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have king beds and are en suite with dual vanities. Twin beds furnish the third bedroom, with the third bathroom conveniently adjacent.
This unit comes with all the modern amenities and there is air-conditioning, ceiling fans and WIFI throughout. The apartment is non-smoking. Housekeeping service provided 1 day per week (on 7-night stay). Charge $100 cleaning fee
Guest facilities at Sapphire Beach include two freshwater swimming pools, a fitness centre, an assigned parking space for the apartment and 24hr security on site.
Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2021 bookings are based on 2020 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2020 when contracts are signed.
