Villa Gigetto is situated on the outskirts of Medulin. A modern build, the villa has been divided into two apartments, both with independent access, one sleeping 2 persons and one sleeping 4 persons, so perfect for a family or small group wanting to be resort based and holiday together, yet looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation. Outside, there is the swimming pool, which is surrounded by an open terrace and enclosed by a garden laid to lawn with bushes and shrubs.
Accommodation – 3 steps up to front terrace and into villa and first apartment;
Living/dining area with Sat TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, open-plan kitchen with electric hob, microwave and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with Satellite TV, 1 shower room (housing washing machine).
Exterior access around the side of the villa, and up 3 steps, to the second apartment;
Living/dining area with Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, open-plan kitchen with electric hob, microwave and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with Satellite TV, 1 twin bedroom with Satellite TV, 1 shower room (housing washing machine).
Please note that there is no oven in either apartment.

Villa Gigetto is 500m from the town centre of Medulin and 1kms from the beach, shops and resort.
Services
Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.
Air conditioning throughout.
Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2021 bookings are based on 2020 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2020 when contracts are signed.
