Location
Villa DE3 is located in the tiny hamlet of Frleti. It is 1.5kms from the small village of Juricana with a grocery shop, 2kms from the nearest restaurant and 7kms from the beach and resort of Umag with bars, restaurants, shops, ATM and petrol station.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.
Air conditioning throughout.
Pool heating available on request, at a supplementary charge.
Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
