The larger village of San Jose is just a short drive away, and offers more services, including small art galleries & shops, and further bars & restaurants.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge.
Any further cots and highchairs, are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 5 euros per item per day.
The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details for a “block” and the Security Deposit of €2000. No monies will be deducted and any damages or breakages, or additional charges, will be advised within 14 days of the date of departure from your accommodation and then charged accordingly.
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2022 bookings are based on 2021 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2021 when contracts are signed.
