Overview

Villa Papa is in a privileged spot, with the backdrop of the Serra de Tramontana mountains, mid-way between the beautiful old town of Pollensa, the beach & resort of Puerto Pollensa, and the little gem that is Cala San Vicente (a residential area with two small coves).

A lovely Mallorcan house, which has been restored with care and attention, combining tradition and comfortable furnishings & fitments, and modern fixtures & fittings.

It offers comfortable accommodation on two levels and can sleep 12 persons, perfect for a large family or group wishing to holiday together, but looking for space in the layout of its accommodation.

A large wrought iron gate opens to the parking area and the well-kept gardens of palm trees and fruit trees.

The main entrance opens to the ground floor and first to the dining area, living area and then to the modern kitchen. The conservation of old traditional elements, such as exposed stone walls, arches and wooden beams contrasts with the modern decoration, the use of neutral cool colours on walls and floors, and intelligent lighting.

The ground floor is completed by a small reading area and a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This room has a double bed by default, although it can made up as twin bedroom.

Living Areas

Ground floor – Entrance hall and on the left-hand side, dining area, and on the right-hand side, 2 easy chairs, leading ahead to the living area with corner shaped L-shaped sofa, Satellite/Smart TV, WIFI, leading to the kitchen with breakfast bar & 4 stools, gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer & door to terrace.

Exterior access to utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First floor – on the left-hand side & up 1 step, 2 twin bedrooms (can be made up as doubles), both with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a double) & 1 shower room and on the right-hand side & up 1 step, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.

In summary, there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and three bedrooms, which can be made up, on a request basis, as double or twin bedrooms.

Outside Space

A door from the kitchen leads out to the barbecue area and terrace, with table & chairs, which is perfect for alfresco dining.

This leads around to the rectangular swimming pool, with 6 steps into the corner, which is set in an open terrace surround, with a day bed, sunbeds & parasols, a lovely spot for sunbathing and the beautiful garden area with grass and hedges, wonderful views of the mountains.

There is a covered terrace with a chill-out area & comfy terrace furniture where you can disconnect and enjoy a more than deserved vacation.

Next to the main entrance of the house, on your left, there is a covered area with a tennis table. Next to it, a second area, to relax, with views of a charming and cosy orchard of fruit trees. And, finally, an annexe dedicated to sports and leisure. It includes a billiard/pool table, a football table, two exercise bikes and a sitting area with another Satellite/Smart TV.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, towel change twice a week. Pool towels included.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
