This beautiful property is situated in the countryside, close to the village of S'Horta and Vall D'Or golf course, and just a short drive to the resort of Cala D’Or, with its shops, bars, restaurants, marina and lovely sandy coves.

Accommodation

Ground floor - Entrance hall, with guest cloakroom off, leading to living/dining area with leather sofas, oak dining suite, feature fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD and WIFI. Patio doors lead out to an enormous covered terrace, which overlooks the pool, terraces and open countryside beyond.

Leading from the dining area there is a further, more simply furnished, breakfast room with large table and seating for 10. The oak kitchen is located next and is fully fitted with microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine for your added convenience.

On this level, this is also the master double bedroom with Satellite TV, patio doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with jacuzzi corner bath and separate walk-in shower) and a twin bedroom.

First floor - An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor and three further bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms once again have Satellite TV.

Outside, there is an enormous covered terrace with steps down to the superb 15 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool with feature statue (partly submerged) and an extensive splash area for children to play and enjoy. Spacious terraces and extensive gardens, laid to lawn with trees and shrubs, surround the pool and there is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue for meals alfresco.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
