Set on a small hillside, close to Porto Colom, you can enjoy perfect privacy in this luxurious accommodation and a breath-taking view of the sea and the seemingly endless horizon.

The spacious outdoor area welcomes you with an inviting covered terrace, leading to the villa entrance and into the interior, which presents a skilful combination of modern design and Mediterranean architecture. Stone arches and high ceilings, with beams made of dark wood, give the interior a very cosy atmosphere. A real highlight is the natural stone, which creates a great effect against the bright-design walls and light-flooded rooms.

On the ground floor is the spacious living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the first bedroom - a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom & a guest cloakroom.

On the first floor, there are three further bedrooms, two further twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, as well as two more bathrooms. There is also a further room on this level with a table tennis table, two exercise bikes and a punch bag.

When you can tear yourself away from this beautiful property, its infinity swimming pool and sun terraces, and wish to venture out, you will find numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a picturesque harbour in Porto Colom and the beaches of Cala Murada, Cala Tropicana, Cala Marçal and S'Arenal are just a short drive away.

Ground floor – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 cloakroom.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and bathroom (with Jacuzzi corner bath & shower cubicle), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. There is also a further room on this level with a table tennis table, two exercise bikes and a punch bag.

Outside Space

Private rectangular infinity swimming pool 12m x 5m, with stone steps into the shallow end of pool. Comfortably furnished sun terraces. Beautiful L-shaped covered terrace with comfy outdoor sofa & chairs as well as dining table & chairs, and built-in barbecue for meals alfresco. Mature grounds, laid to lawn with palm trees & shrubs.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-899

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
