The main house has 5 bedrooms & 2 annexes provide 3 further bedrooms. Just 8 minute drive from the beach, and around 4.3 miles from Cala d'or, the market town of Santanyi is only a 10 minute drive.

The properties 8 bedrooms have independent access from the grounds and it can be rented as an 8, 7 or 6 bedroom property at different rates depending on occupancy. 6 Bedrooms rentals are not allowed June - September

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen and appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, electric hobs, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

Next to the kitchen is the dining room, with a dining tables that seating up to 16 persons! Doors lead outside to the terrace with the Weber gas BBQ.

Back inside, the villa has a large living area - to relax on the comfy sofas and listen to your music on the Bluetooth speaker; complete with flat screen TV with cable channels.

From the living room doors lead outside to the terrace, which is furnished with a shaded sitting area, table tennis table and table football table.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All bedrooms are accessed independently from the grounds (not from the communal living areas).

Bedroom Accommodation - All bedrooms are exceptionally large 23 – 30 sqm have private ensuite facilities with shower, and are equipped with A/C, Satellite TV, private safe, minibar style fridge and private terrace with seating.

Bedroom 1 – Ponent – On the first floor of the main house and considered a master bedroom with large upper level south west facing terrace and private a large super king double bed 2.00m x 2.00m, private ensuite facilities.

Bedroom 2 – Llevant – On the first floor of the main house within the tower with triple aspect to the countryside and mountains, a super king size bed 1.80m x 2.00m and stairs up to the upper terrace with distant views and battlements. (not recommended for children). Private ensuite facilities.

Bedroom 3 – Traumantana – On the first floor of the main house with views to the north and mountains a large 40 sqm terrace, a super king 1.80m x 2.00m bed. Private ensuite facilities.

Bedroom 4 – Mitjorn – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace and views to the pool, a queen 160m x 1.90m bed. This room can take a foldable bed for a child to be ordered in advance. Private ensuite facilities.

Bedroom 5 – Gregal – on the ground floor of the main house with private terrace and views to the pool, a super king 1.80m x 2.00m bed Private ensuite facilities – this room can take a foldable bed for a child to be ordered in advance

Bedroom 6 – Llebeig on the ground floor this detached annexe is situated next to the pool and considered to be the other Master bedroom with private terrace a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m double bed. Private ensuite facilities

Bedroom 7 – Mestral – on the ground floor within the double annexe with Figueras, with private terrace and a large super king 2.00m x 2.00m and private facilities

All rooms except the Mitjorn can be made up as twins together (twin sheets on two mattresses) by request at time of booking.

When renting the property as a 7 or 6 bedroom rental you can decide which bedrooms you prefer to use upon arrival at the property.

Outside Space

Finca Sea and Sky is situated on an extensive estate with landscaped lawn and gardens in the Pool area, and with stunning views across the countryside. In addition to the fabulous pool area complete with sun loungers, parasols, exterior shower, and guest cloakroom, there is the extensive house terrace with comfortable seating and shade.

The main pool measures an impressive 13 x 6 metres and can be heated for an additional supplemental charge which must be booked in advance.

Other Items

Antoinette and Rafael manage the property, and have sleeping quarters to the front of the house.

There is a full weekly cleaning service included in the rate, and a midweek clean and change of linen and towels is available at a charge of €50 per room.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
