Villa Dunes is conveniently located in a residential area of Cala D’Or, just a short walk from the beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, with their gently sloping white sands and turquoise blue waters.

Doors lead out from the living/dining area to a covered terrace and to the rectangular swimming pool (salt-water), with Roman step entry. This is set in an open terrace surround, with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. There are table & chairs, and a brick-built barbecue, for alfresco dining.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
