Overview

Marta is a two-storey villa located in a quiet residential area of Cala d'Or, yet close to all the facilities and amenities that that the resort has to offer. Cala d'Or centre is within a 10 minute walk.

Living Areas

The ground floor boasts a bright, comfortable living/dining area with Satellite TV, DVD, CD player and WIFI and double doors to the terrace and pool area. The living/dining area leads through to the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom is on the ground floor and it has direct access to the pool area. It has a king-size double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite full shower room.

A twin bedroom and a full bathroom complete the ground floor.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a twin bedroom. This bedroom has a small terrace with views of the pool. A further twin bedroom has access to a large terrace with views of the surrounding area and these two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

An exterior staircase leads to the tower. It is circular in shape with a double bed (180x190) and an older-style en-suite shower room.

Outside Area

Outside, the covered terrace has a built-in barbecue and furniture for al fresco meals. The kidney- shaped measures 7m x 5m, with Roman step entry, and is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds. There is also a poolside shower. The terrace is surrounded by bushes to provide privacy. The villa also has a lawned area to the front and sides of the house.

Location

The beach of Cala Gran is 500m away. The shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of Cala D’Or are only a 10 minute walk away. The marina with a selection of bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms & living area, available 24hrs a day, included (Note – AC operates on a sensor system, windows & doors).

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
