Marina Cabanellas is perfectly located to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet is just a short drive from the beautiful old towns of both Pollensa and Alcudia.

You can explore the quaint streets to find local restaurants, cafes and shops offering delicious Spanish cuisine in a beautiful setting.

Take a 15 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa to visit the Mediterranean beaches and bask in the beachside ambience.

It has been stylishly renovated by its owners to combine attractive features of Mallorcan architecture with a very comfortable interior.

There is a lovely living area, with steps up to the dining area and breakfast bar to the corner kitchen.

Each of the 3 bedrooms in Marina Cabanellas are comfortable. The master double bedroom bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the 2 further bedrooms (a double bedroom and a twin bedroom) share a shower room.

Outside, Marina Cabanellas offers a lovely swimming pool measuring 8.5m x 4.1m (depth 1.6m to 1.8m), with Roman Step entry. Set in manicured and landscaped gardens, with several furnished terrace areas, perfect to chill out & relax, and a barbecue and outdoor dining area to enjoy.

Note - Despite being attached at the back to another finca, the gardens and pool at Marina Cabanellas are not overlooked at all.

Ground floor – Entrance to living area with tiled floors, beamed ceilings, 2 comfy sofas & 2 easy chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and doors to terrace.

5 steps up to dining area, with tiled floors & beamed ceilings and breakfast bar to corner kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and doors to terrace.

Marina Cabanellas is set over 2 levels.

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1 shower room.

First floor – wooden staircase up to – 1 further double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (compact), 1 guest cloakroom.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Eco Tax is included.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
