Overview

Villa Amparo enjoys a lovely quiet location, set in the countryside, with sweeping views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and valley, yet is just a short drive from the beautiful old town of Pollensa and the beach, shops, and resort of Puerto Pollensa.

Cast-iron gates open to the grounds, and a driveway leads up to the property, which is set in large grounds and surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean garden, with lawned areas, lush flowers, shrubs, and mature trees.

The main villa comprises the living, dining & kitchen area on the ground floor and the 4 bedrooms (1 double & 3 twin bedrooms) all on the first floor, and the furnishings and fitments reflect a mix of authentic Mallorcan style and a modern country house.

There are two annexes by the swimming pool, one with toilet & shower, a built-in barbecue and table and chairs, another with a table tennis table for entertainment.

The property is constructed such that the protruding roof creates various outside seating options – to protect you from the hot afternoon summer sun and from the colder evening temperatures.

The swimming pool, with Roman step entry into the corner, is set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing, and the wrap-around sun terrace is the perfect spot to relax after a cool dip into the refreshing blue water.

Ground floor – 1 guest cloakroom.

First floor – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 further twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms.

Outside Space

The property is surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean garden with lawned areas, lush flowers, shrubs, and mature trees. It has a lovely swimming pool and large terraces. There is one annexe by the pool with toilet & shower, a built-in barbecue and table and chairs. There is another annexe where there is a table tennis table.

1.5kms from Lidl supermarket, 3.8kms from the old town of Pollensa and 6kms from the beach, shops & resort of Puerto Pollensa.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
