Overview & Accommodation
In a quiet rural setting, Villa Fanals is approached through double gates and accessed via a long driveway.
The double fronted villa is stone clad and affords many patios and terraces.
To the left of the entrance is a covered barbecue area with table and chairs, through an archway is an uncovered patio - ideally located just off the kitchen and to the right hand side of the entrance is a long uncovered terrace with table and chairs and steps up to the garden area.
Going through the entrance door there is a dining area and a bathroom.
This leads to the traditional kitchen, which has a delightful beamed ceiling, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and doors out to the patio. To the other side of the kitchen is a large walk in pantry.
From the dining area there is a staircase to the first floor and a step up to a large lounge. The lounge comprises of two sitting areas, the first with a Satellite TV, DVD, Hi Fi and WIFI and a step up to the second with reading area. There are doors from here to the terrace and up to the garden and pool area.
A tiled and wooden staircase leads up to a landing, which divides into two areas. To the left is a double bedroom with views across the mountains, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. To the right is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. From this bedroom are views of the garden and pool area.
Outside the pool is surrounded by lawned gardens and there are several areas to sit or sun bathe throughout the day.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Maid service – your accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Maid duties during your stay include: change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms/shower rooms and kitchen. As a general rule you receive cleaning twice a week. Linen is changed weekly for two week stays.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
