Villa Son Vent is located on the Puig de Santa Magdalena, near to Inca – ideally located to explore the island.

Offering spacious, modern, and comfortable accommodation on one level, Villa Son Vent comprises three bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 twin), one bathroom & two shower rooms and is the perfect choice for a family holiday.

The main feature of this villa – the feeling of space & light and the picture windows, which offer a great view of the surrounding scenery.

Tastefully decorated, there is a perfect symbiosis between the modern & rustic style, and beautiful Art Nouveau style furniture throughout.

Patio doors lead out from the living/dining area, and the kitchen, to the terrace, with comfy rattan suite at one end, and table & chairs, at the other. There is also a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining.

From here, there are four steps down to the lower level - there is a rectangular swimming pool, with metal stepladder, bordered by an open terrace - a lovely spot for sunbathing and for taking in the views of the surrounding countryside.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
