Villa Campainha is a very handsome 4 bedroom property with superb views over the golf course. Enjoy your own space and seclusion - there is a large second garden alongside the main pool area and you are within walking distance of the fashionable Quinta Shopping.

Living Areas

The sophistication of the décor, lighting and furnishings in this villa add to the feeling of luxury living and calm. An entrance hall leads to the ground floor rooms and the comfortable living room has a fireplace, flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and a spacious dining room. Double patio doors lead directly to the terrace overlooking the pool.

The fully fitted modern kitchen has been recently beautifully refurbished and is now air conditioned and open plan to the dining area. A central island is complete with breakfast bar and dishwasher, and the kitchen is also equipped with an American style fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hobs and extractor, coffee maker, toaster, juicer etc. Patio doors lead directly from the kitchen to the exterior dining terrace. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedroom accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, two twin bedrooms each served with en suite facilities - one with a bath and one with a double walk-in shower; there is also a cloakroom on this level. Upstairs, there is a master double bedroom (bed measures 1.8m x 1.8m) with a dressing area and en suite bath and shower room. The other bedroom on the first floor is a twin with an en suite bathroom. Both first floor bedrooms have patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool and golf course.

Outside Space

There are two sets of patio doors from the lounge, giving access to the large semi-covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The poolside patio is extensive, providing plenty of room to spread out in the sunshine, enjoy meals cooked on the gas barbecue, rest in the shade, or take a refreshing dip in the 10m x 6m rectangular pool. To the side of the house the garden is spacious with an extensive lawn garden- an impressive feature of Villa Campainha. Modern and good quality outdoor furniture is used throughout.

The fabulous barbecue area is set under a pergola with circular table and chairs - ideal for lunch or dinner al fresco. Step down from the pool to the garden area laid mainly to lawn with shrub and tree borders- great for a kick about.

Location

This villa is only a short walk from the fashionable Quinta Shopping. Here guests can enjoy the wide selection of cafes and restaurants. A little further on guests will find the glorious beaches and a selection of water sports.

Pool heating is available for a supplemental charge. Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.

Pool towels are available, the towels are freshly laundered for each new arrival.

There is a supplemental charge for one z bed (only suitable for child up to 12yrs). However, should the villa be over occupied, there is also a further supplemental charge of £100 per week.

It is possible for the twin beds to be made up as double beds on request.
