Just a short drive from the historic old town of Marsala, and from the sea, Villa del Tufo is an elegant farmhouse, which has been tastefully restored to retain its original country-house feel.

It is a timeless house where one can marvel at the changing colours of the environment and the rooms, from the splendid turquoise of the swimming pool, which blends seamlessly into the blue of the Sicilian sky, to the magical shades of the sunset painting itself over the sea and the Egadi islands, a spectacle to enjoy from the panoramic terrace.

Inside, you will find a bright living room, a modern kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and an additional room with double sofa bed. Exterior access, and steps up to the first floor terrace, and the final bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Main villa – ground floor – 3 double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room. 1 room with a convertible double sofa bed.

Exterior access and steps up to first floor – 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room.

Outside Space

At the entrance, you are greeted by a large courtyard with a garden of palms and olive trees, the large rectangular salt-water swimming pool and its spacious sunbathing terraces, made of Tufo and local stone. Covered terrace with table and chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Villa del Tufo is situated near the historic old town of Marsala.

Within a few minutes’ drive of a local supermarket and bar/restaurant and 5kms from the beach.

24kms from Mazaro del Vallo, 29kms from Trapani and 39kms from Erice.

80kms from Palermo airport.
