The property offers four apartments with one bedroom each plus two double bedrooms which (upon request) can be combined with the apartments. Each apartment enjoys an independent, furnished terrace, further common outside areas, garden and common terraces.

Apt. I Rosa - situated on the ground floor, is 61 sqm, and has direct access to the garden from the living room and from the bedroom. There is a living room and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (twin or double), bathroom with shower, Air Conditioning, shaded private sitting area in the garden

Apt II Uva - situated on the ground floor, is 49 sqm, and has direct access to the garden from the living room. There is living room and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (twin or double), bathroom with shower, Air Conditioning, shaded private sitting area in the garden

Apt III Ulivo - situated on the ground floor and first floor, 44 sqm. It has direct access to the garden from the living room.

Ground floor: living room and fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom with WC

First floor: bedroom (twin or double), shaded private sitting area in the garden, bathroom with shower, fan in the apartment, Air Conditioning.

Apt IV Farfalla - situated on the first floor, 40 sqm. There is a living room and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (twin or double), shaded private sitting area in the garden, bathroom with shower, fan in the apartment, Air Conditioning.

Each kitchen offers oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, water boiler.

Extra Bedroom Suites - first floor, there are two bedrooms (twin or double) with one bathroom (shower) each (ensuite). Garden views. The Bedroom Suites can be rented individually or combined with either the apartment Rosa or Uva. Suite A is the double bedded room and Suite B is the twin bedded room

Two apartments plus the two Suites can be connected and are ideal accommodations for max. 8 persons.

Swimming pool in panoramic location. Pool has a gate for extra security.

Easy walk to the town of Panzano in Chianti. Located within a small working winery, on the famous vineyards of the Conca d'Oro, facing south. Closest Village Panzano in Chianti (1km), Provence of Florence. Restaurant 1 km.

Included in the rates breakfast, electricity, water, weekly change of linen and towels, fire wood, wifi Internet, first equipment of soaps and kitchen products, mid week and final cleaning.

The following items can be requested and paid for locally: dinners and lunches, additional cleaning service upon request €30 per apartment, use of the washer, dryer €30 a week including detergents and softener.

There is a breakage deposit on this property which is paid for locally in cash to the owner.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.

Other features include: Parking within the fenced property, pets upon request, sat TV in each apartment, wifi in all apartments, safes in all apartments, dinners on request, wine tasting, breakfast room, dining area, tasting room with fireplace for all guests.

Prices for less than one week can be requested.
