Overview

Villa Lantana 2 is a truly stunning luxury villa that is located in a very quiet location in Quinta do Lago, overlooking the 5th hole of the Quinta South golf course. Lantana 2 is one of our flagship properties that takes pride of place on the Sun-hat portfolio - and it is everything you would expect from a top of the range contemporary villa in Quinta do Lago. There is also a cinema room and the introduction of a 6th bedroom suite in the externally accessed annexe.

The villa is protected by an alarm system and electric entrance gates with camera entry system. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and the villa has under floor heating throughout, broadband internet and Lazer TV package with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV. All bathrooms in this villa are complete with towel heaters, the owner has installed a lift which operates between the three levels of the property.

Living Areas

The main entrance door leads into the large living room. Stylishly and comfortably furnished and with split unit air conditioning; Bose Bluetooth speaker and a wall mounted flat screen TV with the English language cable channels and Apple TV box. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. A corridor leading from the living room takes you to bedrooms one and two, and a doorway on the other side of the living room takes you to the dining room with dining table and chairs for 10 persons.

Next door to the dining room is the air conditioned kitchen, which is fully equipped with the following appliances- fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hobs and two additional ovens that are positioned on the central kitchen island, extractor fan and coffee machine. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge freezer.

On the lower level of the villa, accessed via the steps or the lift is the games room, which is complete with table tennis table, table football table and pool table. WC and bar area with wine chiller - a truly outstanding cinema room!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground (entrance) level of the property. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), wall mounted TV with English language cable channels, patio doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath.Bedroom two has a twin beds and an en suite bathroom, with shower over bath.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa, accessed via either the main stairwell or by using the lift. Bedroom three has twin beds (2 twins together to make a double), an en suite shower room, wall mounted TV with the cable channels and doors to a small private balcony with golf views.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with wall mounted TV; double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres); double wardrobes with safe; en suite with double wash basins, central bath tub & separate WC and shower cubicles (complete with hydro-massage shower). Patio doors lead to the large principal first floor terrace which is private to the master suite and has lovely views of the swimming pool and the golf course beyond.

Bedroom five is a twin bedroom with a wall mounted TV, en suite shower room and doors to a small private balcony.

There is the addition of a separate sixth bedroom annexe that is situated next to the poolside terrace and accessed externally. This double suite has a TV with the cable channels and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

A door leading from the kitchen takes you outside to the outdoor dining area where there is a gas BBQ and a large dining table and chairs. The private heated swimming pool measures 14 metres x 7 metres and features a raised children’s (bubble) pool which is joined to the main pool via a short slide. Pool heating is available for an extra weekly charge and needs to be booked in advance, and this facility will heat both the main pool and the bubble. The garden area of the villa surrounds the poolside terrace and has lovely views of the neighbouring golf course.

Location

The Buganvilia Plaza shopping centre is just a short drive or a fifteen minute walk away, and even closer is the Active Gym and Pure restaurant near to roundabout two.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.
