Living Areas

The stylish living room is located on the entrance level of the property, and is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable channels including Sky Sports; a Bose sound system; a DVD/CD player; wi-fi internet connection. Double patio doors open out onto the shaded poolside terrace area.

The kitchen and dining room are of an open plan design, and from the dining area double patio doors also lead out directly onto the poolside terrace. The modern kitchen is in keeping with the rest of this fine contemporary villa, and appliances include an American fridge freezer; microwave; oven and extractor; coffee machine; electric hobs and dishwasher. On the lower level of the villa, a separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Las Dunas has four en suite bedrooms. Bedroom one is a twin room situated on the lower level of the villa, and is complete with a split unit air conditioning unit; TV with cable channels and an en suite shower room with towel heater. This bedroom receives plenty of natural light and has direct access, via an exterior staircase, to the pool area.

Bedroom two is on the ground (entrance) level of the villa. This bedroom is a twin bedroom, with a TV with cable channels; an en suite bathroom with dual wash hand basins and towel heater; a separate dressing area; air conditioning and double patio doors leading to the villa’s side lawn garden.

On the first floor of the villa you will find bedrooms three and four, which share a superb south facing terrace overlooking the pool area and with ocean views. Bedroom three is the Master double room (bed us 2m x 1.7m), with air conditioning; TV with cable channels; a separate dressing area and a ‘sexy’ en suite shower! Bedroom four is a twin room with TV; air conditioning; a separate dressing area and en suite bathroom with dual wash basins and towel heater.

Outside Space

A staircase from the first floor of the villa takes you up to the exclusive roof terrace with private Jacuzzi hot tub. A smart wrap around terrace with wood decking takes full advantage of the front line ocean views, and a gas BBQ is handily positioned on the terrace to enjoy those fabulous al-fresco meals long into the balmy Summer evenings.

Returning to the entrance level of the villa, the private swimming pool is of an infinity design, and measures approximately 6 metres x 14 metres- perfect for cooling off on those hot Summer days. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and the shaded terrace houses a dining table and chairs, positioned next to the villa’s second gas BBQ and food preparation area. A neat lawn garden lines the side of the villa.

Location

Villa Las Dunas is a front line property located directly over the road from the beach. Access to the beach is achieved by simply crossing the road and walking through the dunes opposite- so all in all you have to say this villa enjoys a fabulous location for those who love the beach! Julia’s beach is also just a five minute walk away, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.
