Overview

Villa Quinta Francisco is a delightful four bedroom villa with a private garden & pool. Ideally positioned in a peaceful, central location between the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo, close to the Pine Trees riding centre, and within a 15 minute walk to a number of restaurants and shops at Quinta do Lago. Quinta Francisco has recently been beautifully refurbished throughout to a very high standard and features split unit air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.

Quinta Francisco now has safety pool fencing available upon request and for a supplementary set up charge.

Living Areas

Built on one level, the accommodation comprises of the kitchen and the spacious open plan living and dining room.

The kitchen has been renovated and is bright and modern in design. The appliances comprise of an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, electric hobs and oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine.

The open plan living and dining room is air conditioned, cosy and comfortably furnished, and features a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV, excellent lazer internet, a DVD player, a Sonos speaker (so you can download the Sonos app and stream your own music from your smart device), an I-pod docking station and a log burning fireplace. Double patio doors lead to the covered terrace overlooking the pool area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa comprises of three double bedrooms; one twin bedroom and three bathrooms- two of which are en suite. Bedroom one, located close to the entrance of the villa, is a double room (bed measures 2m x 1.50m) with air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms two and three are air conditioned bedrooms that share the adjacent shower room, which has been recently renovated and is complete with a towel heater. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (can be made up as a double) and bedroom three is a double bedroom that can be prepared as a twin upon prior request.

Master bedroom four is a double room with a super king sized double bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The exterior of the villa is spacious with pleasant lawn gardens to the front of the property and a very peaceful pool area to the back. The driveway at the front has adequate parking for at least two vehicles. The swimming pool is kidney shaped, measuring approximately 8 metres x 6 metres, and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge, pool fencing is also available upon prior request and for a supplementary charge. The poolside terrace is perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers and soaking up the sun. Al-fresco meals can be enjoyed on the covered terrace, cooked on the gas BBQ.

Location

Close to the Pine Trees riding centre and within a short drive to a selection of beautiful beaches the Alambique Restaurant is approximately 5 minutes walk from the villa and the Quinta shopping centre at Quinta do Lago with its selection of shops and restaurants is within 15 minutes walk, however families with small children and buggies should be aware that, as is the case for many parts of this region of the Algarve, the route to restaurants and shops from this property do not have a pavement and therefore you may wish to hire a car or take taxis if you are not comfortable with this.

Other Items

A highchair is available at the villa, free of charge to clients. A cot can be hired for a weekly supplement. Towel and linen change once per week. Maid service is twice per week. Extra cleaning can be arranged for a supplement. Gas powered central heating is available in the low season months with the cost dependant on usage, a deposit payment is required for this service.
