Villa Vivienne is a superb luxury four bedroom villa, situated in the centre of Vale do Lobo, one of Europe's finest golf and beach resorts with two championship golf courses. Built to the highest standard, this luxurious villa offers every comfort, making it ideal for special all year round family holidays. The Villa is located close to local amenities, Villa Vivienne is just 10 minutes walk to the beach and Praca, and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket.

Living Areas

Tastefully furnished throughout, on the ground floor level there is an entrance hall; cloakroom; a very large, spacious and comfortable lounge; the kitchen and two en suite twin bedrooms.

The lounge is complete with a fireplace/ wood-burning stove; stereo; docking station and satellite TV. The satellite television is the full package with Sky Sports, Sky Movies, etc. The dining area in the lounge seats 8 people, and wireless broadband is also available. The pool area, extensive garden and terraces can be accessed through two sets of patio doors.

Across the hall is the spacious white lacquered kitchen with seating for 8, and is fully equipped with all modern appliances including TV; G.E.C American fridge / freezer; gas / electric hob; double oven; microwave; Nespresso Machine; juicer and ample indoor and outdoor dining ware and glasses. Through the double doors of the kitchen one can access the totally enclosed courtyard garden, a safe haven away from the poolside for young families. There is also a separate laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with patio door access onto an extensive furnished terrace with panoramic views over the Royal Golf Course. Master bedroom one has a super king bed which can also be twin beds if required. The en-suite bathroom contains a self-cleaning Jacuzzi bath, twin glass hand basins and separate shower unit.

Master bedroom two is very spacious, and contains a super king / twin bed and a luxurious double bathroom with a 5-headed walk-in power shower. Both master bedrooms have built in safes. All linen provided is Egyptian cotton. Every bedroom in the villa has its own TV.

To the rear of the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, both en-suites. The poolside bedroom has a bath and separate shower unit, and the courtyard side garden has a shower unit. Both bedrooms have double doors leading to the poolside and courtyard respectively.

Please note there is a maximum occupancy of 8 persons in this property.

Outside Space

The terraces are fully furnished with teak dining facilities, built in barbecue and 8 sun loungers. The pool measures 12 x 5 metres, has a shallow end and an adjacent outdoor shower area. The pool can be heated at an extra charge per week. There are two terraces to the rear of the landscaped garden and lawn.

Located close to local amenities, Villa Vivienne is just 10 minutes walk to the beach and Praca, and 5 minutes walk to the supermarket.

Other Items

Air conditioning is included. A maid service is provided 5 days a week excluding weekends and public holidays. Changeover day is Saturday peak season.

Vale do Lobo itself offers top class restaurants, bars and nightlife. Family entertainment is also provided for those holidaying with young children. With all of these amenities just 10 minutes walk from the villa, there really is something for everyone!
