Villa Longa is a delightful 4 bedroom villa with heated pool, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location of Vale do Lobo. This is a well appointed property, located less than 10 minutes stroll from the beach and the shops, cafes and restaurants of the Praca.
Rates include air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and Wi-fi internet connection.
Living Areas
An entrance hall, with guest cloakroom, gives access to a spacious lounge/dining room with wood burning fireplace, Lazer tv and Wifi with many English channels and patio doors to the covered terrace, pool and garden. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and electric hobs. There is a separate laundry room for the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit, double wardrobes with safe and doors to the poolside terrace. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, served by a separate bathroom with shower unit and a further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower unit. The staircase leading to the first floor is protected by a stair gate.
Outside Space
Below, the pretty garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs. The 9m x 5m kidney-shaped pool (with a supplement available for pool heating), has a shallow end 1 metre in depth and a 2m deep end, and which has an adjoining sun terrace which connects it to the villa’s covered terrace.
A charcoal BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine along with a food preparation area and a gas 'Teppan Yaki' grill and hob. There is a shaded dining terrace with table and chairs for 8 persons. There are 8 sun beds
