Casa dos Golfinhos (house of the dolphins) is a beautiful four bedroom villa, which has been finished to a high standard with luxurious furnishings. Ideal for your family holidays, the villa features a heated swimming pool, air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection and cable television with Sky Sports.Villa Golfinhos occupies a large corner plot in the peaceful residential area of Vilas Alvas. Built on two floors, the ground floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, guest cloakroom and three en suite bedrooms. The first floor of the villa is dedicated to the master en suite bedroom and private terrace. The villa is air conditioned throughout.

Living Areas

The living room and adjacent dining room are of an open plan design and the living room is equipped with a 46'' television with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports; a DVD player; a CD player and wi-fi internet connection. Double patio doors open out onto the poolside terrace.

The modern design kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and wine chiller. The utility room next door houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board and a safe.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and bedroom three is a double room ( 1.5m x 2m) with an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace.

On the first floor of the villa, the spacious Master double bedroom (bed measures 1.80m x 2m) has a TV, a large en suite bathroom with bath, double sinks and separate shower unit and patio doors that lead to a superb south facing private terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 6 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge, the depth is 1.25 - 1.8 metres. A child pool safety fence is available for a weekly supplemental charge and must be requested at least a few days in advance of your arrival date.

The extensive pool area and terraces are very private, and are furnished with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs- perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the built-in charcoal barbecue. The villa has a brand new BBQ, exterior dining table and furniture and we will have updated photos of these for you at a later date.

Location

Situated in Vilas Alvas, the villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away. There are excellent restaurants, including Alambique, within 5/10 minutes drive away. Julia's beach is within easy access of the villa either by car or by walking (approximately 20 minutes walk). The access to the beach when walking to and from the villa is great, with pavements and street lighting all of the way along the route.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek towel change and clean and a weekly linen change and clean. There is a Z-bed (suitable for a child only), 2 travel cots and a highchair available at the villa if required, free of charge. There are 8 pool/beach towels available for client use.
