Villa Julia is a sensational contemporary five bedroom villa located very close to the nearest beach, with a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries just a 5 minute walk away. The property benefits from a central air conditioning system throughout with individual room controls, under floor heating, electric shutters and alarm system. The stairs in the property are protected by built-in child safety gates and the swimming pool has a pool safety fencing which is available upon request.

Living Areas

The entrance to the villa and the open plan living room are on the same level as the pool, and can be reached via a flight of steps from the entrance gates. The living room has been designed with full length glass windows so that the views of the swimming pool and sea beyond can be fully appreciated. Comfortable sofas surround the feature fireplace, and for your enjoyment there is a flat screen TV with cable channels (with a wide range of English language channels including Sky Sports) and a Blu-ray DVD player.

The dining area is positioned next to the kitchen, which is of a typically modern design and is fully equipped with appliances including gas hobs, coffee maker, American style fridge freezer with ice making machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer and wine chiller. A separate laundry room on the lower floor houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the lower level of the villa, and this bedroom is a double room with a flat screen TV and en suite shower room. All of the TVs in the bedrooms can receive their own individual cable channels.

Bedroom two is on the entrance/pool level of Villa Julia, and this is a twin bedroom with flat screen TV and an en suite shower room. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the property. Master bedroom three is a double room with TV, en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit and doors to the spacious shared terrace with lovely sea views.

Bedroom four is a twin room with TV, en suite shower room and doors to the shared terrace. Bedroom five is a double room with TV, sea views and en suite shower room.

Outside Space

Outside, the swimming pool with electric cover measures 10 metres x 5 metres, with a depth of 1.75 metres at the deep end and 65cms at the shallow end, pool can be heated for a supplemental charge. Optional safety fencing. Stairs lead directly from the poolside terrace to the first floor terrace, and there is a gas BBQ and food preparation area.

Location

Access to the beach is achieved by simply crossing the road and walking across to the dunes opposite- so all in all you have to say this villa enjoys a fabulous location for those who love the beach! Julia’s beach is also just a five minute walk away, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.
