Overview

Villa Ocean Beach is a traditional four bedroom villa with a private infinity pool and beautiful far reaching ocean views. The villa enjoys a central location within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, where the lively and popular Praca with its bars, restaurants and nightlife and the golden sandy beach are within a short walk.

With air conditioning in the living/dining room and the bedrooms, which is included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The villa is built on 2 levels, on ground level you have a fully fitted kitchen and all the modern appliances including a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and grill and four electric hobs, sandwich toaster, juicer, filter coffee maker and fridge freezer. There is a door to the outside clothes drying area. The open plan lounge/dining area with a table and seating for six. Down two steps to the lounge with ample comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen smart TV with two different TV channel systems, one mainly for English spoken channels offering BBC & ITV etc and another one for Dutch spoken channels, there is also Netflix (use your own login code), a log fireplace and double patio doors leading to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with air conditioning. Bedroom two is a king size room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and the patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Both bedroom one and two share a full bathroom. Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master, a king size with fitted wardrobes, a digital safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open on the large shared terrace with an electric awning for shade. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the large shared terrace with an electric awning for shade, furnished with two sunbeds and a table and seating for eight.

Outside Space

Due to the amazing setting of Villa Ocean beach with its outstanding views of the beach and ocean and at the same time offers privacy for sun bathing on the lawn or poolside terrace. The infinity pool with Roman step entry measures approximately 9m x 7m and is heatable for an extra weekly supplement. The terrace is furnished with six sunbeds, an electric awning for shade, comfortable rattan outside sofa and chairs, and there is a portable BBQ for al fresco dining.

Location

Villa Ocean beach enjoys a fantastic central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo- Just a short stroll from the well kept beach of Vale do Lobo and all the amenities at the Praça, where you will find a selection of restaurants and bars. The resort also benefits from two outstanding golf courses and a tennis centre, and in the surrounding area there is a wide range of excellent restaurants to choose from.
