A lovely two-bedroomed bungalow with wonderful views over the famous beach, Cala Gran, in the residential area of Playa D'Or, in the centre of Cala D'Or.

With direct access to the beach and just a short walk from the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, you could not ask for a better base for your holiday in Mallorca!

There is a comfortable living/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a furnished sun terrace, and a shared community swimming pool, if required.

Note – In the double bedroom, there is a sofa bed for 1 further person.

Balearics Tourism License – A-588

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
